SINOPSIS:
Tras un accidente en el misterioso laboratorio del maniático científico Dr. Simon Barsinister, inesperadamente un beagle común adquiere poderes inimaginables y la capacidad de hablar. Vestido con un traje atractivo de súper héroe, Supercan promete proteger a los sitiados ciudadanos de Capitol City y, en particular, a una bella spaniel llamada Polly Purebread. Cuando un siniestro plan de Barsinister y de su guardaespaldas Cad amenaza con destruir Capitol City, sólo Supercan podrá salvarla.
